determine your network settings automatically. If the
application has prompted you to come look at this page, the
automatic detection did not succeed. If you see your carrier
represented on the list below, please try entering the settings
as listed in the appropriate fields in the application.

Please note that some networks will not allow third party access
to the internet on BlackBerry. Please consult your system
administrator!
It is possible to look up settings for your
device using the ServiceBook application built in to the
BlackBerry. In order to try this, try looking under the tools,
settings or settings / advanced, or settings /options selections
from your BlackBerry homescreen.
- Find the ServiceBook application.
- Select the entry that lists "WAP"
somewhere in the name using the trackwheel.
- Click on the trackwheel and select the
"view" option.
- Click on the trackwheel again and select
the View HRT option.
- Write down the APN: as listed.
- in the IP / Ports section, your IP will
be the number shown as XX.XX.XX.XX
your port will be the first four digit number after the ":"
typically 9201 or 9203
enter these numbers in the appropriate fields in the
application.
