LLC (hereafter known as Omega One) reserves the right to
update the Terms of Use (hereafter known as TOU) at any

display, public, licence, create derivative works from,
transfer or sell and software or information on this site
without the express written permission of Omega One.

damage, disable, overburden or impair any server that the
Omega One web site is being distributed from. You may not
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the web
site or the servers on which they are located through hacking,

to obtain any material from the web site that is not intentionally
made available.

software that is made available on this site is the copyrighted
work of Omega One and/or its suppliers. The software is
governed by the end user licence agreement that accompanies
the software (if applicable). Any reproduction or reproduction
of the software not in accordance to with the Licence agreement

to the maximum extent of the law.

in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable,
it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the
remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and
effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington
in the United States of America.
